From committed to commissioned
We help you win tenders and grants.
And we put the two of you together when neither can win it alone.
Two things decide whether a good organisation ever gets public work: whether the bid gets written at all, and whether it passes the eligibility page. We do the first. Partnering solves the second. Which of those you need depends on which of these you are.
A professional or a small business
You can do the work. You are losing to organisations that bid better, not that deliver better — and the eligibility page stops you before the first scored question: three years trading, €500,000 turnover, two reference contracts.
We write the bids and the grant applications. And when you cannot pass eligibility alone, we put you inside a bid a larger organisation leads, doing your part, under your own name. Being put forward costs you nothing, ever.
An established business
You have the balance sheet, the accreditations and the references. Two things still cost you contracts: a bid team that is already full when the interesting tender lands, and one requirement you cannot answer alone.
We write the bids and the grant applications. And we find you a verified specialist for the requirement you are missing — as a teaming partner in a joint bid, in days rather than weeks, with none of the employment risk of hiring one.
How it works, in one line each
1. You tell us once
Fifty questions, published in advance, answered once. After that the machine knows your capability, your evidence, your jurisdictions and your limits — and stops asking. See every question.
2. We do the heavy part
Daily scanning, honest bid-or-no-bid scoring, the full written response mapped to the award criteria, and a named human reviewer at T-5 and T-2. You approve every word.
3. You submit, you win, you keep it
The bid goes in from your account, in your name. The contract, the client and the track record are yours. We are never a party to it.

Everything else exists to feed a win
These are real services and we sell them. But they are not the point, and we will tell you when buying one will not change your odds.
| What we sell | The reason it exists |
|---|---|
| Credential verification and a proof page | An unverified claim scores nothing. A verified one is the difference between a shortlist and a rejection, and a lead bidder will not team with evidence they cannot check. |
| Profile and CV rebuilt to evaluation criteria | Named personnel are scored on tenders. Most CVs are written for recruiters and lose marks with evaluators. |
| Training routes and courses | To close the specific gap an evaluator marked you down for — not for the certificate. Course catalogue. |
| Presence and social content | Buyers and lead bidders look you up before they decide. An empty search result is a scored risk. |
| Jurisdiction pack | Right to work, professional recognition, entity, tax registration, insurance. This is the page most cross-border bids fail on. |
| Regulatory documents | EUDR, the Cyber Resilience Act, the AI Act. Increasingly a condition of bidding rather than a separate compliance chore. Documents desk. |
We are our own first client
GetMePro bids for tenders and applies for grants using its own machinery, before and alongside client work. It is not a marketing line, it is the honest way to start: the first mistakes get made on our own bids, not on yours, and a win we bid for ourselves is a reference we own outright.
Two conflict rules hold from day one. We never bid a tender a client is bidding — every opportunity goes into one exclusivity register and the first entry wins. We never write a grant for a client into a call we are applying to ourselves. Where the position is unclear we declare it to the funder rather than deciding quietly.
Start Light — €9 a month
A dozen questions and a one-page answer, refreshed every quarter, plus the article library and the training modules. If the honest answer is that you are not ready to bid yet, we will say that too.
