Privacy notice
Version 1.0, in force from 10 September 2026. Written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email hello@getmepro.eu and we will answer in plain words.
1. Who is responsible
Quantum Dimension Holdings Ltd, trading as GetMePro, is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: hello@getmepro.eu.
2. What we collect and why

We never buy contact lists, and we never guess an email address. Organisational contacts we hold are generic published addresses such as info@ or procurement@, recorded with the page we read them from and the date.
3. Verification, a specific note
- We contact an awarding institution, professional body or public register to confirm a credential you told us about. We tell them only what is necessary to identify the record.
- We record what they confirmed and the date. Where they will not confirm, we record it as an unverified claim.
- Your proof page is yours. You choose what appears on it. You can withdraw it at any time and we action that within 72 hours.
- We do not run criminal records checks and we are not a background screening bureau.
4. Who we share it with
- Awarding institutions and professional bodies, only to verify what you asked us to verify.
- A hiring organisation, only when you have agreed to be put forward to that specific organisation. Never before.
- Our suppliers: hosting, email, payment processing, and the AI models we use for drafting. They act on our instructions.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share the member pool. There is no list to be on.
5. AI processing
We use AI tools to draft, summarise and check. We do not use your confidential information or personal data to train third-party models. A named human reviews everything before it leaves us. See our AI use and disclosure statement. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
6. International transfers
Some suppliers process data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards. Ask us and we will tell you which supplier and which mechanism.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to someone else. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@getmepro.eu. We reply within 30 days and we do not charge.
If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
9. Security
- Data is held on hosting inside the EU, behind access controls, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
- Access is limited to the people who need it, currently three named humans.
- We tell you within 72 hours if a breach affects you and is likely to be a risk to you.
10. Children
Our services are not for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
