A tender is scored against published criteria. A due diligence statement is inspected. A technical file is a legal declaration. None of these is a piece of writing, and none of them survives being produced quickly and signed by nobody.

You are the bidder, not us. We prepare the documents; you make the declarations, you approve the final version in writing, and you submit. That is not us dodging — it is how procurement works, and it is set out plainly in section 6 of the client terms. Read it before you buy.

Success fees are capped in absolute terms in the engagement letter, always. Where a funder does not permit a success fee to be charged against the grant, it is not charged at all.

What we do not sell. We do not build quality management systems for high-risk AI providers, and we will not quote you the €193,000–€330,000 figure you may have read for that. We sell the record-keeping and documentation layer. If your system is high risk under the AI Act and you need a certified QMS, we will tell you that and point you at a notified body.
