Add what you need and pay by card or PayPal, or place a transfer or purchase-order request and the invoice is issued automatically. Recurring memberships and subscriptions are set up by mandate: choose one and we send the paperwork the same day.

Annual plans: pay for ten months, get twelve. Every level and every desk can be bought annually at ten times the monthly price, and the annual plans carry an allowance of work on top — Pro annual includes two tender triages and a credential verification, for example. You may cancel an annual plan at any time and we refund the unused months at the monthly rate, so you keep the discount only for the months you actually used. Consumers buying at a distance also have the 14-day right to withdraw.

All prices in euro and exclude VAT where VAT applies. Buying here is subject to our client terms, which include how responsibility for a bid or tender submission is allocated. Please read section 6 before you buy.

You get a receipt and a scoping email within one working day, from a named human. Nothing starts until scope is agreed in writing, and nothing is charged twice.

Pay by bank transfer or purchase order

For public bodies, purchase orders, or if card is simply not how you buy. Place the order here and the invoice is issued to you automatically, with the payment details on it. You never have to ask for one, and nothing waits on a person at our end.
